We want you to be completely satisfied with your Felicci purchase. If you're not, simply return your purchase within 30 days of its shipment and we will issue a full refund.

Return Procedure: |

Our goal is to make the return/exchange process as easy as possible. To return an item, follow these simple steps:
|
1. Call 1-800-335-4514 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label.
2. Place the item and all original packaging back in the box. This includes appraisals and certificates (when applicable). Please note that the diamond certificate carries a $200 replacement fee if lost. Also, be sure that the original Security Tag remains attached to the item.
3. Ship your item through the U.S. Postal Service, fully insured for the value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Felicci. For security purposes, please DO NOT write "diamond" or "jewelry" or other high value words on the package. Felicci is not responsible for loss or damage during the return process.

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect each item. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card, we will credit the account used. All other refunds will be done by check.

We can only accept returns/exchanges that follow the Felicci Return Procedures listed above.
We can only accept items in their original condition with the same characteristics specified on the accompanying diamond certificate (when applicable).
Any uninsured, unauthorized or improperly packaged items will be returned to the sender. Merchandise that has been altered, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be accepted.
Resized items will only be accepted if they have been resized by Felicci.
Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
The return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.
